This is the first baby outfit I've knit. My grand baby is due June 8 and we don't know if it's a boy or girl, so green was the way to go. The yarn I used is called "Oh My", and that's exactly what you say when you feel it. It is sooo soft. I told my daughter-in-law, though, that if it's a girl I have little pink roses already crocheted ready to attach to the hat. The date is getting close and I'm getting excited.
I am in the process of a knitted onesie and almost have the baby quilt complete. The baby shower is Sunday and I will have the quilt done by then. The onesie won't be ready for the shower, but will be done before the baby's born.

Lovely! Green is probably my favorite color, followed very closely by pink! I don't know if it's just the way the picture looks, but it appears to have a somewhat old-fashioned look. I adore it! Yes, the roses would be a sweet touch.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mzz. Pink and green also my favorite colors.
